At Vernell Candle each candle is carefully prepared and packaged with intention to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely.

Order Processing

Please allow 7 business days for order processing before shipment. As our candles are thoughtfully hand-poured and prepared in small batches, processing times may vary during launches, holidays, and high-volume periods.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated shipping times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Please note that shipping estimates begin after order processing is completed and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Delays

While we work diligently to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, holidays, carrier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding should unexpected delays arise.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are entered accurately at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked delivered by the carrier, Vernell Candle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
